Mental, physical and spiritual aspects of Happiness take training and a systematic method to become stable and constant. Every person has the basic human right, and capacity to live a successful life of happiness. Dr Khalsa will be leading us on the path of happiness and success, illuminating the basic principles as well as techniques to maintain a consciousness of compassion and success. We all have the experience of joy and happiness, however it often becomes dependant on external environments, and is basically unstable. We will explore methods of stabilizing our satisfaction and tools for success.
